Items Selected (files and/or directories) in the Current Section that are included in the dirs/files to list will be removed from that list.

See Add selected for a description of which files will be removed when found.

NB If a directory is included in the list but a specific file type/Include Subdirs option have been specified for that directory then the directory will NOT be removed. It must be removed using the Remove button on the Select Dirs/Files To List screen.

This option is only available/used for multi directory lists. See Multiple Dir Selection.
