Show the Help for the last function started using a menu item or key.

Ctrl+F1 can always be used to show help for the Last function.
If a function includes an options or message popup screen then F1 on that screen will also display the help for the function.

Examples for File List Screen:
If you press Ctrl+F1 after F5 has been pressed, you will see the Help for Refresh on the Edit menu.
If you press Ctrl+F1 after T has been pressed to toggle the help section, you will see the help for Toggle Position - Text.
If you Choose Copy from the File Menu and press F1 on the Confirm Copy/Move screen or the "Replace (old) file ..." screen, you will see the help for Copy.
